Privacy Policy

Loopshot uses the following information only on your device:

• Camera video (for swing recording)
• Apple Watch accelerometer & gyroscope data (for swing detection)
• Health data (for workout logging, optional)
• Location data (for automatic range tagging, future feature)

Loopshotは以下の情報を端末内でのみ使用します：

• カメラ映像（スイング撮影用）
• Apple Watchの加速度・ジャイロセンサーデータ（スイング検出用）
• ヘルスケアデータ（ワークアウト記録用、オプション）
• 位置情報（練習場の自動タグ付け用、将来機能）

• Recorded video clips are stored in local device storage only. Videos never leave your device.
• When using multi-camera, video is transferred directly between devices via Wi-Fi Direct or Bluetooth
• The app makes limited network calls for: (a) Apple DeviceCheck (anonymous device token, no personal data) used for free-trial fraud prevention; (b) Apple StoreKit for subscription purchases. No video, motion, or biometric data is transmitted.

• 撮影した動画クリップは端末のローカルストレージにのみ保存されます。動画が端末外に送信されることはありません。
• マルチカメラ使用時、映像はWi-Fi DirectまたはBluetooth経由で端末間を直接転送されます
• アプリは限定的に以下のネットワーク通信を行います：(a) 無料トライアル不正利用防止のためのApple DeviceCheck（匿名のデバイストークンのみ、個人情報なし）；(b) サブスクリプション購入のためのApple StoreKit。動画・モーション・生体情報は一切送信されません。

• Loopshot does not share recorded data with third parties
• When using the lesson feature (future), videos are only sent to designated teaching pros when explicitly shared by the user

• Accelerometer and gyroscope data used for swing detection is processed in real-time only and not stored
• Workout data (start/end time, swing count) is recorded in Apple's Health app

• スイング検出に使用する加速度・ジャイロデータはリアルタイム処理のみに使用され、保存されません
• ワークアウトデータ（開始/終了時刻、スイング数）はAppleのヘルスケアアプリに記録されます

• Videos are only written to the photo library when the user explicitly selects “Save to Camera Roll”
• The app never accesses the camera roll automatically

• ユーザーが明示的に「カメラロールに保存」を選択した場合にのみ、端末の写真ライブラリに動画が書き込まれます
• 自動的にカメラロールにアクセスすることはありません

• Clips within the app can be deleted at any time
• Uninstalling the app completely removes all local data

• アプリ内のクリップはいつでも削除できます
• アプリを削除すると、すべてのローカルデータが完全に削除されます

Because Loopshot stores your data on your device, not on our servers, you can exercise your data rights directly:

• Right of access: all your videos and swing data are visible in the app's Library.
• Right to erasure: delete clips in-app, or uninstall the app to remove everything.
• Right to portability: export clips to Camera Roll (Pro), or request a data summary by email.
• Right to object: stop using the app; no data lingers on our servers.

Loopshotはデータをサーバーではなくお使いの端末に保存しているため、データに関する権利をユーザー自身で行使できます：

• アクセス権：すべての動画とスイングデータはアプリのライブラリで確認できます。
• 削除権：アプリ内でクリップを削除、またはアプリをアンインストールで全データ削除。
• データポータビリティ権：Proプランでカメラロールに書き出し、またはメールでデータサマリをリクエスト可能。
• 異議権：アプリの使用を停止するだけで、サーバー側にデータは残りません。
