By downloading, installing, or using Loopshot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Loopshotをダウンロード、インストール、または使用することにより、本利用規約に同意したものとみなされます。本規約に同意しない場合は、アプリを使用しないでください。

Loopshot is a golf swing recording application that provides automatic swing detection, multi-camera recording, and swing comparison features. The app stores video data locally on your device.

Loopshotは、スイングの自動検出、マルチカメラ録画、スイング比較機能を提供するゴルフスイング撮影アプリケーションです。動画データは端末のローカルストレージに保存されます。

• Loopshot offers auto-renewable subscription plans (Pro) that provide access to premium features including unlimited local storage, camera roll export, comparison playback, high-resolution recording, and high frame rate support.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

• Loopshotは、ローカル保存無制限、カメラロール書き出し、比較再生、高解像度録画、高フレームレート対応などのプレミアム機能を利用できる自動更新サブスクリプション（Pro）を提供しています。
• 購入確定時にApple IDアカウントに請求されます。
• 現在の期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り、自動的に更新されます。
• 現在の期間終了の24時間以内に、同一料金でアカウントに更新料金が請求されます。
• 購入後、App Storeのアカウント設定からサブスクリプションの管理・解約が可能です。
• サブスクリプション購入時、無料トライアル期間の未使用分は失効します。

You retain all rights to the video content you record using Loopshot. We do not claim ownership of any user-generated content. You are solely responsible for the content you create and share.

Loopshotで撮影した動画コンテンツのすべての権利はユーザーに帰属します。ユーザーが作成したコンテンツの所有権を主張することはありません。作成・共有するコンテンツについてはユーザー自身が責任を負います。

• Loopshot is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
• We are not liable for any data loss resulting from device malfunction, app updates, or uninstallation.
• Swing detection and recording features are provided for reference purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of swing detection or frame synchronization.
• Loopshot is not a substitute for professional golf instruction.

• Loopshotは「現状有姿」で提供され、いかなる保証も行いません。
• 端末の故障、アプリの更新、アンインストールによるデータ損失について、当社は責任を負いません。
• スイング検出および録画機能は参考目的でのみ提供されます。スイング検出やフレーム同期の正確性を保証するものではありません。
• Loopshotはプロのゴルフ指導に代わるものではありません。

The Loopshot app, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Loopshot. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the application.

デザイン、コード、ブランディングを含むLoopshotアプリケーションはLoopshotの知的財産です。アプリケーションのいかなる部分も、複製、改変、配布、リバースエンジニアリングすることはできません。

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated terms within the app or on our website. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

当社は本利用規約をいつでも変更する権利を留保します。変更はアプリ内またはウェブサイト上で更新された規約を掲載した時点で有効となります。変更後もアプリを継続使用することにより、変更された規約に同意したものとみなされます。

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

本規約は、法の抵触に関する規定にかかわらず、アメリカ合衆国テキサス州の法律に準拠し、同法律に従って解釈されるものとします。
